1.Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ay999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ay999 website located at https://ay999.cam and all associated content, features, services and tools made available thereon.

ay999 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform targeting the Pakistan market. The Platform covers sports betting information, live casino content, slots guidance and responsible gambling education for Pakistani players across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or using any of its services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2.Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "User" / "Account Holder" means any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a User on the Platform.

3.Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on ay999, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/licence jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
2. Be a natural person acting in their own personal capacity. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots and proxies are expressly prohibited from registering accounts.
3. Not be subject to a self-exclusion order, regulatory restriction or voluntary exclusion arrangement on any licensed gambling platform.
4. Possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
5. Not have had a previous Account on ay999 terminated or suspended by the Platform for a breach of these Terms.
6. Access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. ay999 makes no representation that use of this Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

4.Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on ay999. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers or payment instruments — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, Users are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, email address and country of residence. The provision of false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or authentication details with any third party. ay999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the ay999 support team immediately at [email protected]. ay999 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

5.Acceptable Use

By using the Platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any practice designed to circumvent the Platform's gaming systems.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or providing false identity information during KYC.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy service or other means to conceal your true location where doing so would circumvent applicable restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or ay999 support staff.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

ay999 reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of this clause and to take any action deemed appropriate, including immediate Account suspension and notification of relevant authorities.

6.Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to an ay999 Account must be funded from a payment source that is registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party funding — whether from another individual's bank account, mobile wallet or card — is strictly prohibited and may trigger account suspension and a full KYC review.

The Platform may reference payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are for educational and contextual purposes only. None of the referenced payment providers endorse, support or partner with ay999 in any capacity. Users must independently verify payment method availability in the cashier, applicable fees, deposit limits and the provider's own merchant terms before initiating a transaction.

All financial transactions are processed in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. ay999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or series of transactions.

8.Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions and special offers made available through ay999 are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of offer. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. Requirements will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, individual bets may be capped at a specified maximum amount (for example, PKR 1,000 per round). Placing bets in excess of this limit may render the bonus void.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round or live betting event, ay999 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the User's Account. This determination is made at ay999's sole discretion.

Bets placed on cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and domestic T20 leagues — are subject to the official results declared by the relevant cricket governing body. In cases of match abandonment, the rules of the specific market will govern settlement.

10.Responsible Gambling

Any trade marks, brand names or product names referenced on the Platform that are not owned by ay999 are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any third-party brand (including payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ay999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

This limitation includes, without limitation, damages for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any financial loss resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime or interruption of service.

ay999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

The total aggregate liability of ay999 to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.Suspension & Termination

ay999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by ay999.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities or technical faults.
• Engaging in any conduct that ay999 reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other users or the integrity of gaming operations.

Upon termination, ay999 will return any confirmed eligible balance remaining in the Account after deducting any amounts properly owed to ay999, including bonus funds that have not been earned through eligible wagering. ay999's determination of eligible balance is final and binding subject to any applicable appeals process.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed by the User to ay999.

14.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ay999's operating entity is incorporated, without reference to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to their existence, validity, interpretation, breach or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

15.Amendments to These Terms

ay999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, ay999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of the Terms entered into force. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure by contacting the support team. Continued use after the effective date of any amendment will be treated as unambiguous acceptance of the revised Terms.
